New Features: Editable Response Titles and Placeholder Text
The Mythos team has been busy working to create new features. We released a few this week that we wanted to share with you.
As always, please let us know if you have questions or feedback for us.
Survey Response Names That Make Sense
In case you missed our last update, in the Fall we added response naming as a feature to surveys. We heard loud and clear that “Response #1” wasn’t very helpful. Something like “Smith, Robb (ID 564532)” is much more helpful.
You can find that feature in the Response Options section when creating or editing a survey.
In our latest release, we added the ability for you to edit the Story Title when converting a response giving you even more control over how your stories are named.
When you go to convert a response, you now have an editable Story Title field that is pre-filled with the Response Name.
Quality Responses = Quality Stories
We know that one of your goals is to get the best quality responses you can. With that in mind, we’re always thinking of ways to help you achieve that goal.
You can now add placeholder text to Single Line survey questions. Placeholder text is the text within a form input field that usually tells you what you should enter into the form field.
When you send out a survey, that Placeholder Text shows up in the question input field.
We’re Here for You
Last, we moved the Help & Support option into the main navigation. We want you to have easy access to it. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have questions or need help with something.
We Love Feedback
If you have ideas for things you with Mythos could do that would help you do your job better, please let us know.
On behalf of the entire Mythos team, have a great day!
