New Feature: Saved Searches
We’re excited to announce a new Mythos feature–Saved Searches.
As always, please let us know if you have any questions!
Saved Searches
One of the primary goals of Mythos is to make the workflow of gathering, curating, and sharing impact stories as easy and efficient as possible. That’s why we have features like content tagging that allow you to align stories to interests, or custom configurable statuses so you can control how stories go from raw responses to approved.
We’ve learned from our customers that often there is a particular role on their teams for certain aspects of their workflow. For example, someone who is responsible for ensuring that new responses get converted to stories regularly to keep the editorial flow moving forward.
With that in mind, we’ve added the ability for you to save searches on both the response and story advanced search options pane. Now you can save a search that you frequently need and easily get to its results. This is great when you need to search, for example, for all stories that are in draft status and have a particular tag on them like one indicating the story needs editing.
To use this powerful new workflow feature, simply go to Advanced Search (in either the Story Manager or on a survey Response Manager page), select your advanced search options, and when done, simply click the Save button and give it a name.
