New Feature: Multi-Response Surveys

About Multi-Response Surveys

When sending out surveys, you can now allow recipients to submit more than one response to the same survey.

This is useful, for example, when you have a beneficiary that has received funds from more than one donor or multiple scholarships from multiple donors and you want to report to each individual donor in a personalized way. Using this feature will result in individual survey responses for each report instance that you require.

This feature is data driven so when you attach prefill data to a particular survey, this feature will automatically display for any recipient that is listed more than once in the prefill data.

When a survey recipient who has more than one response to submit accesses the survey, they’ll see a response counter as well as “next” and “prev” buttons at the top of each version of the survey they need to submit.

If the survey recipient attempts to leave the page without saving something they’ve entered, they are prompted so they don’t lose that content.

Once the recipient successfully submits a particular response, they get a confirmation indicating how many responses they still need to submit. Once they have submitted all responses, they will get the normal survey confirmation page.
