New Feature: Emailing of Surveys

One of the primary benefits of the Mythos Survey Manager is that it helps you achieve the highest response rate possible by giving you insights into the statuses of all the responses of a particular survey. With that insight, you can follow up using the Response Report. After all, the more stories you get, the more you can share the impact that your organization is enabling via the generosity of your doors.

Until now, you had to use your own email outside of Mythos to do that follow up. But now, you can do that right within Mythos. And on top of that, you can track the status of your emails to further help promote a higher response rate for your surveys.

About Emailing of Surveys

When importing response data to your survey, you now have the option of mapping your data to an email address. Once imported, you can send emails in bulk to invite users to the survey or one at a time.

The email composer allows you to personalize the email using data from your response import. You can also preview the emails before sending them to ensure your personalization is working as expected.

Once you’ve sent emails, you’ll see status counts of three different statuses of your emails in the Survey Manager that will tell you how many are unopened, how many are opened, and how many have clicked into the survey.

And just like the existing response status counts, you can click on the email status counts to get a list of the matching respondents. This will enable you to easily follow up with those that haven’t opened or clicked, for example.
