New Feature: Custom Story Statuses

We’re excited to announce a new Mythos feature–Custom Story Statuses.

As always, please let us know if you have any questions.

Custom Story Statuses

You can now specify custom statuses for stories. This includes the ability to rename the two existing, default statuses (Draft and Approved).

As always, one of our primary goals with Mythos is to empower you to work the way you want to work. We don’t want to force you into a particular workflow. This new feature allows you be in even more control of how you structure your story editing workflow.

And don’t forget, content tags are useful in this way as well. Use tags to further refine your workflow. For example, use the tag “approve-pr” if you want to assign a story to Paul Reynolds for approval. Paul can easily search for all stories with that tag and know he has to approve all those stories.

The self-serve interface for this will be coming in the future so for now, if you’d like to have custom statuses, please contact us and we can get them setup for you.
